Peter John Annesley
Chairman · Non-Executive DirectorPeter John Annesley has over 20 years' experience in financial services and business advisory services, and has held positions in executive capacity. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town School of Business, and has participated in corporate and investment banking, creation of financial instruments and capital raising initiatives, property development and infrastructure funding. He is a citizen of and resides in Zimbabwe.
Richard Peter Alan Clarke
Group Chief Executive OfficerRichard was educated at St. George's College and then Rhodes University, studying Economics. He worked at Imara Africa as a Business Analyst for ZSE-listed companies before joining National Tested Seeds as Business Development Manager, then Mt Meru Group as Regional General Manager. He later joined Dallaglio as Group Procurement Manager and General Manager of an affiliated SBU, completing the Sabre 1000-day CEO course. Richard was appointed CEO on 1 January 2023.
Belmont Njabulo Ndebele
Non-Executive DirectorBelmont has over twenty years of banking and financial services experience, fifteen of which in an executive capacity. He holds a Masters of Science and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, along with qualifications in Leadership, Strategy, Corporate Governance, Treasury, Trade and Structured Finance. He sits on the boards of various listed and non-listed entities in Zimbabwe and serves on the advisory board of an international university.
Mark Kalweit
Non-Executive DirectorMark Andrew Kalweit is a technology innovator and entrepreneur with over twenty years' experience in the ICT industry. His expertise is founded on developing successful customer relationships by delivering projects with exceptional technical acumen. Mark has held various executive positions in private organisations, and is a resident of Zimbabwe.
Gordon Francomb
Non-Executive DirectorMr. Francomb is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in transport, cross-border logistics and mining. Educated at St George's College and Rhodes University, he qualified in South Africa and then built a career in financial and leadership roles across Southern Africa. He has held senior management positions at Sandvik, First Quantum Minerals and Impala Terminals. More recently Gordon was the Group Financial Manager of the BHL Group which specialises in transport and logistical solutions for the mining industry in DRC and Zambia. He is currently the Financial Director of Agrivision Zambia.
